Says Cindy: "When Playboy called on my 40th birthday I thought, 'Wow, they still want me.' And at this stage of my life and career it's empowering and inspiring."
She is "Posing for a Purpose" with her Playboy pictorial and will donate a portion of the sales of her issue to her own charity, the Cindy Margolis Get a Download of This Fertility Fund. "I told Mr. Hefner that this will be the magazine's best-selling issue of the year," she said with a laugh. "And I'm determined that it will be, not just to prove to him that I'm right but for my charity as well."
